Scott & Jayne,
I hope it brings comfort to know that your sister will be missed by many. I feel so lucky to have known her. She could always easily see through to the heart of any matter, then turn the situation funny. I admired that about her, and strive to be more like that. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your whole family through this difficult time.

I wish I had the words to make everything better but I have learned that their are no words that will ease your pain and sadness. She loved you so much and was proud of each and every one of you. You could tell by the smile on her face and the twinkle in her eye. I am so very sorry. Keeping you all in my prayers. ? ? ? ?

We are so saddened with the loss is Sue. Our prayers, thoughts and hugs are with her family and all whose life she touched. “You can shed tears that she is gone, or you can smile because she has lived. You can close your eyes and pray that she'll come back, or you can open your eyes and see all she's left. Your heart can be empty because you can't see her, or you can be full of the love you shared. You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday, or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday. You can remember her only that she is gone, or you can cherish her memory and let it live on. You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back. Or you can do what she'd want: smile, open your eyes, love and go on.” (David Harkins)

Once in awhile someone comes into your life that can light up your face and a whole room with her smile, laughter and fiery personality. Sue was that person, and I know my life is better for having known her. Katie and Amy, I am so sorry I cannot be there this week, but please know I am only a phone call away. I know you will cherish all your fondest memories of your mom as much as I will. May God grant you and your families peace during this time.

Words can not express the sadness felt at the loss of my life long friend from childhood. So many fond memories made with Sue from kindergarten till now, we use to be inseparable, a lot of time at their house. After graduation we both went separate ways but always kept a close friendship no matter how much time had passed. Sue, you will be remembered always until we meet again. Prayers for comfort for Amy, Katie and their families, and also Sue's brothers and sister.
